Brother Jeffrey Gros, 75, died in Chicago on Aug. 12. Brother Jeffery graduated from Saint Mary’s College in 1959 and was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary's University in 2011 during Founder’s Day. He was a well-respected teacher and scholar. Brother Jeffery was recognized internationally for his works in the area of ecumenism.
