Fine Arts Commission honors Conservatory for the Arts

Each year the Fine Arts Commission selects three local artists or art organizations to receive special recognition. The Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts was selected this year (along with Winona artists Emilio Degrazia and David Echelard's Blue Heron Consort ). The MCA will be presented with a plaque by the mayor and the Fine Arts Commission at a city council meeting on Sept. 15 at 7:30 pm.
